Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNGot handles information when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription services. Account, billing, and website access data are handled separately from the content transmitted over international routes. These rules apply to information handled by VPNGot; external payment platforms process information under their own policies.
Account and Service Data
VPNGot does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account. The account system processes usernames, password verification information, and account status for authentication and access management. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, payment status, and subscription benefits. They are used to provide the service, verify billing, and handle refunds. Data usage and remaining allowances are billing data and do not include specific browsing activity. If you submit a support ticket, its description and attachments are used to investigate the reported issue; please redact sensitive information from passwords, payment credentials, and subscription links.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNGot follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store visited URLs, browsing content, or DNS query history that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Aggregate traffic totals in an account are not a list of visited websites and are not used to build browsing profiles.
This service does not retain user connection history logs or create long-term records linking source IP addresses, destination websites, and connection times. Temporary state needed to maintain an active connection is released when the session ends. Troubleshooting is limited to necessary operational error information and does not include transmitted content; materials users provide for troubleshooting are handled as support ticket data.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks, and usage issues. They may involve technical information such as page URLs, referring pages, browser types, and access times. Analytics are limited to improving the website and entry-point experience. They do not collect website content transmitted over network routes or intentionally place passwords or subscription credentials in analytics fields.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, save login status, and remember interface preferences; the user panel stores authentication information locally in the browser. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings, but doing so may log you out or reset preferences. Clearing browser data does not also delete account and order records on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties. VPNGot uses the order identifier, amount, and payment result to confirm subscription benefits and does not ask for the login password to a third-party payment account. Payment platforms or transaction networks may process transaction information under their own rules; please review the relevant notices before submitting a payment.
VPNGot does not sell personal information. Information necessary to verify a payment, fulfill applicable obligations, or respond to legally valid requests may be provided, with its scope limited to what the specific purpose requires. The anonymous no-logs policy does not mean third-party platforms will not independently process data they receive.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the service relationship remains active. Order and payment verification records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Support tickets and website analytics are deleted or de-identified once their relevant purposes have been fulfilled. Data is not kept indefinitely without a practical purpose.
You can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect future service; if records cannot yet be deleted because of an outstanding order, dispute, or applicable obligation, we will explain why and restrict their use. Backup data is cleared according to maintenance cycles and is not used to restore deleted accounts for routine use.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Substantial changes to processing purposes or scope will be announced through the website or user panel. If a new purpose requires separate authorization, we will explain it before processing; updating this page does not replace any required authorization.
If you have questions about this policy, the scope of data processing, or the outcome of a deletion request, submit a privacy request through a panel support ticket. Describe the relevant account and issue, but do not submit passwords or complete subscription credentials. See the Terms of Service for rules governing service use.
